Fellstone Recruitment provides recruitment services to hospitality businesses and candidates, including:

  • Introduction of candidates to employers

  • Introduction of job opportunities to candidates

  • General recruitment support and communication

Candidate Information

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All information provided (including CVs) is accurate and up to date

  • They have the right to work in the UK

  • Any qualifications or experience stated are truthful

Fellstone Recruitment is not responsible for verifying all candidate information.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements

  • Make hiring decisions based on their own assessment

  • Comply with all relevant employment laws

Fees

Recruitment fees are agreed directly with clients prior to any placement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees are 10% of the candidate’s annual salary

  • 12% for more senior positions

  • Fees are payable upon successful placement of a candidate

Liability

Fellstone Recruitment aims to provide a high-quality service but does not guarantee:

  • The suitability of any candidate

  • The performance or longevity of any placement

We are not liable for any loss arising from employment decisions made by clients or candidates.
